E-line area

E-Line tool

Is the green light on at the side of the tool (see e-line computer). If green the tool should be up and running. Check the computer (see E-line computer) for the error report program 'ausman' to see that all systems are up and running. If it reports no other errors than power loss everything should be ok.

E-line power on/off

Turn off

  1. . Login as administrator on pc (see E-line computer)
  2. . Shut down gun.
  3. . Shut down EQ software.
  4. . Shut down EM-server program.
  5. . Turn o? pc.
  6. . Press the yellow button on the side of the E-line (see ?gure 2).
  7. . Take out airlock wire on the other side.
  8. . Press the red button besides the yellow (see ?gure 2).
  9. . (Can turn off the main switch, big black one).

Turn on

  1. . (If the main switch is off, turn it on).
  2. . Plug in the airlock wire.
  3. . Press the yellow button - wait one minute.
  4. . Press green button after waiting one minute.
  5. . Wait for computer to boot up.
  6. . Log in as admin?

E-line clean room

Look at the red switch (see [fig:power-switch-clean]) is it on. If on everything should be running fine.power switch clean room If of try switching it on again. Lights should turn on. If there is no response when turning the switch you need to open the fuse cabinet inside the clean room (see [fig:fuse-cabinet]). When you have the cabinet open there should be a black switch that is pointing down (see [fig:Fuse-switch-E-line] ) switch it back up, and try to turn the red switch again. If the system starts up for a second and then turns off (this happens some times) repeat the process with the black and red switch until it works.

Evaporation tool power on/off

Turn on

  1. . Open up the back panel of the computer (see ?gure 8) and look at the bottom. Switch of all six fuses.
  2. . Press the black reset button on the power panel (see ?gure 10 )main power button (black) and see that the green light turns on.
  3. . Go back to the back panel and look at the bottom. Switch on all six fuses one at the time, going from left to right.
  4. . Turn on the main computer on the front.
  5. . Log in using admin account. Wait until everything is started (takes a while).
